A very frustrating investment experience. Your opportunity cost using this platform is huge, specially considering existing competitor offers. I don’t see the moment to close my position on Reinvest24.

I started my investments at Reinvest24 in January 2019. Starting investing on this P2P platform is very simple and the interface is easy to navigate. 

Reinvest24 presents a different type of offer. Allows you to buy shares of residential or commercial Real Estate collectively with other investors starting from 100 EUR in any part of the world and earn profit from rent and capital growth combined, without limits on investment period.

If a funding process is successful, the property is incorporated into an SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle), essentially a subsidiary company that separates the investment from the assets of Reinvest24. Additionally, the property is mortgaged to a collateral agent (a law firm) that acts as a watchdog and guards the investors’ interests. If the investment doesn’t perform as expected, this collateral agent takes control of the property and sells it at the best market price and distributes the funds to the investors.

You need to be aware that each transaction has a cost. But one of the highlights of the Reinvest24 is that it provides one of the most in-depth analyses per investment available in P2P lending platforms. Each project comes with a lot of technical information and administrative documentation supporting it. 

Besides rental properties, Reinvest24 also invests in development projects. They buy land or an old house, renovate and improve it to increase rental yield and then either sell or rent it. They’re also planning to invest in what they call “store of value”. Basically buying plots or land in areas that are planned to be developed in 5 years, expecting that they’ll increase in value.
